The VC Fusion YSA is committed to the development of youth soccer in both Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.  Building on the VC Fusion franchise goals and mission statements, the Fusion YSA focuses on creating a fun environment for kids to develop their soccer skills.

Our mission is to provide and ideal and enjoyable environment for players to enjoy whilst they are learning to understand the game of soccer.  Fusion endeavors to inculcate all of the qualities ofcompetition, sportsmanship and conradeship by way of top quality coaching and an adherence to the principles of positive progressionacross the age and ability spectrum.  The provision of all-embracing programs that allow talent to develop to its full potential, without the constraints of pressure, is an essential factor in our philosophy.

Our Youth Academy goals are simple and straightforward.  It is all about the Players!

We want to implement a successful player development program for youths of all ages and to provide exposure opportunities that other clubs are unable to offer.  In addition we want to teach our players about self care, nutrition, character and social skills.  But most of all - we want to provide a fun atmosphere to allow our youths to develop into the best players possible!
